Job Description: 

Responsible for the development and maintenance of major clients within the region, and achieving the sales targets assigned by the company. 

2. Maintain and expand sales channels and customer resources, and increase the product sales scope and market share 

3. Collect and analyze market information, understand customer needs and market trends, and use this to provide a basis for business decisions. 

4. Develop sales strategy plans, implement sales plans and drive project progress, and coordinate internal and external relationships 

5. Be responsible for establishing and improving the company's sales system management regulations and process standards, and providing sales training and management guidance to subordinates. 

6. Cooperate with the company's marketing promotion activities 

7. Participate in product pricing, price negotiation and other related tasks 

8. Be responsible for building relationships with clients and promoting long-term cooperation and development. 

9. Other tasks assigned by the higher-ups 


Position Requirements: 

Have experience in sales management for large manufacturing enterprises or the energy industry, and possess the ability to independently develop, maintain, and manage relationships with major clients. 

2. Possess strong communication skills and organizational coordination abilities, have an excellent network of interpersonal relationships, and be capable of leading the team to achieve the performance targets. 

3. Possess excellent business acumen and professional ethics, be honest and upright, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be highly resilient to pressure. 

4. Possess strong learning ability, good professional ethics and teamwork spirit 

5. Possess excellent market insight, quick response ability and strong customer service awareness 

6. College degree or above 

7. Candidates with background experience in 3M, Tesa, Laird, MX, Rogers, Foxconn, and Qorvo will be given priority.
